Lorana’s songs encapsulate a wise innocence that feels both refreshing and intriguing. Her minimal pop-sound is drenched in quirky homemade samples, inspired by long-time influences like Bon Iver, Maggie Rogers and Lorde.
After meeting Jules Konieczny (APRE) somewhere during the aftermath of the pandemic, the two started commuting between their bedroom studios and quickly finished the upcoming ep, ‘The Edge Of Real’.
This sophomore body of work is centered around dreaming. From daydreaming, to reminiscing, to embracing her sleeping disorder; it’s a promising time capsule of Lorana’s current state of mind.
